Rabat International Airport is located about 8 km northeast of the administrative capital Rabat on the road to Meknes, and 90 km of the Moroccan economic capital Casablanca, the terminal consists of a civil part and a military part.

Rabat-Salé International Airport is served by 9 airlines, it is the main center of activity of the national airline Royal Air Morocco, and also hosts several Air France flights  and other low-cost airlines flights.

Other companies represented at the airport of Rabat Salé are Ryanair, Aigle Azur, JetairFly, Saudia, Iberia, Air Nostrum and Buraq Air.

Rabat-Sale airport’s progressive attendance  in January 2012 led to the inauguration of a new boarding terminal and the closure of the old premises. The new terminal has been equipped with advanced technologies to meet international safety requirements, quality of service and security, and refined architectural spaces for passenger management ease.

The new buildings, more functional and spacious, are intended to the image of Morocco that is making great strides in modernity and opens its arms to international tourists.

The public part of the terminal contains several exchange offices, a post office, banks and ATMs. The departure area is well-stocked: a coffee bar respecting the local style, several duty-free shops offering items like souvenirs, clothing, sporting goods and various traditional gourmet products. There is also a zone dedicated to smokers located in the waiting area of the departing flights.

Access to the airport

Different shuttles exist from downtown to Rabat-Salé international airport.

Taxi:

Grand taxis (white cabs) are available round the clock, 7 days a week, the price is between 100 dirhams and 150 dirhams per person (13 euros). The trip takes 25 minutes.

Bus:

Rabat International Airport has recently acquired a new shuttle service from the airport to downtown Rabat, now there is a bus from the Rabat-Ville train station to the airport and the way around, the trip is for only 20 dirhams per person (about 2 euros).

The bus is available outside the terminal and it has only one stop: Rabat-Ville Train Station. The trip takes about 30 minutes.

The shuttle is scheduled according to the flights: It leaves the airport 1 hour after the flight arrives, and  leave the station of Rabat-Ville  2 hours before the flight departure.

Note: the bus does not operate on Sundays.

Tip: You can also combine the tramway (6DH) and the petit-taxi (20DH)

Casablanca Airport is served by 50 airlines that connect the city to 80 destinations, and it is the main hub in the national airline Royal Air Maroc. Currently, Casablanca International Airport has three passenger terminals:

• Terminal 1: A capacity of 10 million passengers with a total area of 80 000 m².
• Terminal 2: A capacity of 6 million passengers with a total area of 66,000 m².
• Terminal 3: Up to 400 000 passengers with a total area of 4,000 m².

The airport also has two cargo terminals:

• Freight Terminal 1: A total area of 11,200 m² and a capacity of     50 000 t / year.
• Freight Terminal 2: A total area of 20,000 m² and a capacity of 100 000 t / year.

Shops and restaurants

 Different stores in the Duty Free zone are filled with all the travelers’ needs (newspapers, jewelery, handicrafts, sport goods…)

Several restaurants and cafeterias are present in the different halls of Terminal 2 of the Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca.

Police station

Four lifts are available at Casablanca Airport: Two elevators are present on the Departures level, and two on the Arrivals level. With regards to disabled people, they can also be transported in a wheelchair between the airplane and Arrivals / Departures levels.

Getting to the airport:

• By car: Mohammed V International Airport can be reached by the highway to Settat city(speed limit 100 km / h). Rabat follows the highway to Casablanca then highway Casa-Berchid via Bouskoura.  Mohammed V Airport is also accessible by secondary roads that connect Casablanca to Nouacer. You can also rent a car in Casablanca, and ask to be directly delivered to the airport.
• By train: The station is located in the first floor of the terminal in the airport’s arrivals area 1. Trains leave from Mohammed V Airport every hour between 6.00 and 23.00 to Casablanca’s downtown and  port. Trains coming from Casablanca leave every hour between 6.30 and 21:30. The journey takes about 45 minutes and costs 50 dirhams for the 1^st  class seats, and 35 dirhams for the 2^nd class seats.
• By bus: CTM bus company offers throughout the day transportation services from Casablanca center to the airport. The trip takes one hour on average.
• By taxi: The taxi station is located in the Level 0 of the Arrivals terminal. The journey to the center of Casablanca takes 45 minutes  and costs 250 dirhams.

Tanger Ibn Battouta International Airport is located in Boukhalef, about 12-13 kilometers  in the Southwest of Tangier city. With an area of 12,000 m², it offers a capacity of one million passengers per year. The inauguration( July 2008) allowed the Airport to grow significantly by offering more flights and increasing its passengers’ capacity. Ibn Battouta Tanger Airport is ranked in the fourth place in the kingdom regarding passengers’ traffic.

Currently, 16 airlines serve Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport.The most popular are: Royal Air Maroc, and JetairFly and Vueling. There are also other airlines such as Air Arabia Maroc, Air Norstrum, Brussels, Airlines, easyJet, Portugalia, Saudia,  Corendon, Germanwings, and TAP Portugal…

These airlines connect Tangier city to over 14 destinations including Casablanca, Madrid, and Barcelona, ​​Paris, Marseille, and  Amsterdam, Brussels, Charleroi, and  London and Cologne, etc.

The most frequent flight from Ibn Battouta Airport is towards Marseille Provence Airport.

The taxi station is located at the exit of the airport whereas the trip to the city center takes 20 minutes, and costs about 100 Dirhams.

Fez Saiss Airport

Fez Saiss Airport is located about 10 kilometers in the South of Fez, at the N8. Fez Saiss International Airport has a terminal with an area of 5,600 m², and a capacity of 500 000 passengers per year.

The city is served by eight airlines: Royal Air Morocco and Vueling are at the top. Add to that, Corendon, easyJet, and Ryanair, Iberia, and Saudia and JetairFly.

The most frequent flight from Fez Saiss Airport is towards Barcelona El Prat’s Airport.

Taxis are available just outside the airport to get to Fez city downtown for 150 dirhams.

Agadir Al Massira Airport

Al Massira International Airport is the third airport in Morocco after Casablanca Mohammed V Airport and Marrakech-Menara Airport. It receives an average of three million passengers a year.

The air route between Agadir Al Massira Airport and Casablanca Mohammed V Airport is the first national air route in Morocco.

Currently, the most frequent flight from Agadir Al Massira Airport is Agadir-Paris.

Agadir Al Massira is the first airport to be certified ISO 9001 in 2004 to meet international standards and provide quality services.

Agadir Al Massira Airport has a parking lot with a capacity of 1,500 parking spaces. Parking rates vary according to the time: They start at 3 DHS for a period of 1 hour.

Access to the Airport

Agadir Al Massira Airport is about 25 km from the center of Agadir city, near the town of Inzegane, and it can be accessed either:

• By road: Agadir Al Massira Airport is linked to the city center by fast and lighted road.
• By taxi: The taxi station is located just outside the arrivals’ terminal. Taxis are available round the clock, 7D/ 7, and are recognizable by their sign and their taxi number. The trip between the airport and the center takes 15 minutes, and usually costs 150 DHS during the day and 200 DHS after 19h.

• By bus: Agadir Al Massira is served by bus number 37, which runs between the airport and Inzegane (a small village, 13 km in the  South of  Agadir) .

Although taxis are not really expensive in Morocco, it is more convenient to rent a car at low prices in the leading car rental providers in Marrakech and Agadir, Abid Cars!

L’aéroport de Rabat-Salé (RBA), également connu sous le nom l’aéroport international de Rabat est un aéroport situé à environ 8 kilomètres au nord-est de Rabat, la capitale du Maroc et de la région de Rabat-Salé-Zemmour-Zaer. Il sert ainsi sa ville-soeur Salé.

L’aéroport de Rabat-Salé a des cafés, des restaurants, des boutiques (y compris les boutiques hors taxe), des bureaux de change de devises, des guichets automatiques, des services téléphone / fax et un espace de stationnement.

L’aéroport Rabat-Salé est l’un des six aéroports au Maroc où Office National Des Aéroports (ONDA) propose son spécial service VIP : Salon convives de Marque.

Les navettes aéroport Rabat-Salé :

Vous avez le choix de différentes navettes de l’aéroport Rabat-Salé vers le centre-ville de Rabat :

En taxi :

Vous pouvez trouver des taxis qui font des navettes aéroport Rabat-Salé vers Rabat. Il n’y a que les grands taxis qui font ce trajet. Ce sont des voitures Mercedes blanches. Les petits taxis ne peuvent pas voyager hors de la zone urbaine.

Vous pouvez aussi utiliser deux moyens de transport pour faire la navette aéroport Rabat-Salé vers Rabat. Marchez environ 500 m vers la grande route, vous allez trouver des petits taxis de couleur jaune, prenez un vers la station de tram Bab Lemrisa à Salé, et de là prendre soit la ligne 1 ou la ligne 2 selon votre destination. Cette méthode est considérablement moins chère, mais un peu inconvenante si vous avez des bagages.

En bus :

Vous pouvez aussi faire la navette aéroport Rbat-Salé vers Rabat en prenant la ligne 2 opérée par Stareo RABAT. Vous devez sortir de l’aéroport et marchez 5 minutes à pied jusqu’à la station de bus à côté de supermarché METRO.

Une autre possibilité est de prendre le bus opéré par CTM qui fait aussi la navette aéroport Rabat-Salé. Il fait son départ du Terminal 1 et s’arrête à la gare de Rabat-Ville (centre-ville de Rabat). Le trajet dure environ 30 minutes.

Notez que cette navette a des départs programmés correspondants avec les arrivées et les départs des vols. De l’aéroport: 1 heure après l’arrivée du vol. De la gare de Rabat-ville : 2 heures avant le départ du vol.

La location de voiture à Rabat est une bonne solution pour se rendre à la ville très confortablement et sans penser aux horaires. Bus
L’aéroport international de Rabat s’est récemment doté d’un nouveau service Navette de l’aéroport au centre ville Rabat, désormais il existe un bus de la gare du train au centre ville de rabat vers l’aéroport, et ceux pour seulement 20 dirhams par personne (environ 2 euros).

Le bus est disponible directement à la sortie du terminal, elle n’a qu’un seul arrêt : La gare de Rabat ville et le trajet dure environ 30 minutes.
La navette est programmés selon les vols, le départ de l’aéroport se fait 1 heure après l’arrivée du vol sur l’aéroport et le départ de la gare du centre ville de Rabat se fait 2 heures avant le départ du vol de l’aéroport.
A noter : le bus ne fonctionne pas les dimanches.

Autre moyen
Vous pouvez aussi combiner deux moyens de transport : Le tramway (6dh) et le petit taxi (20dh).

Trois banques se trouvent au niveau des Arrivées et une au niveau des Départs, qui offrent la possibilité de changer de l’argent 24 heures sur 24.

Parking
Deux parkings sont mis à la disposition des automobilistes, pour court et long terme, devant le bâtiment du terminal, l’un propose 1600 places à l’arrivée et l’autre 880 places au départ (2500 places en total).

Assistance médicale
L’aéroport international Mohammed V offre aux voyageurs un service de premiers secours présent au niveau 0 du terminal.

Bureau de poste
Le bureau de poste de l’aérogare se trouve au rez-de-chaussée dans la zone des départs.

Hôtels
L’aéroport international Mohammed V de Casablanca dispose à présent de deux hôtels. L’Hôtel Atlas est un hôtel de 3 étoiles. Un hôtel au milieu de la zone de transit de l’aérogare 2 qui offre des chambres pour des périodes plus courtes uniquement pour les voyageurs en transit.

Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite
Quatre ascenseurs sont disponibles dans l’aéroport de Casablanca, deux ascenseurs sont présents au niveau des Départs et deux au niveau des Arrivées. Il est également possible d’être transporté en fauteuil roulant entre l’avion et les Arrivées/Départs

Accès à l’aéroport :

Voiture: Pour les automobilistes, l’aéroport international Mohammed V peut être atteint par l’autoroute en direction de la ville de Settat (limitation de la vitesse à 100 Km/h). De Rabat, emprunter l’autoroute vers Casablanca puis l’autoroute Casa-Berchid via Bouskoura.
L’aéroport Mohammed V est aussi accessible par les routes secondaires qui relient Casablanca à Nouacer.
Si vous louez une voiture chez Abid Cars, vous pouvez demander d’être livré directement à l’Aéroport Mohammed V. La restitution de la voiture peut être faite aussi à l’aéroport.

Train : La gare est située au premier étage du terminal dans la zone des arrivées de l’aérogare 1. Les trains partent de l’aéroport Mohammed V toutes les heures entre 6h00 et 23h00 vers le centre ville et le port de la ville de Casablanca. Les trains en provenance de Casablanca partent toutes les heures entre 6h30 et 21:30. Le trajet dure environ 45 minutes et coûte 50 dirhams pour les sièges de la première classe et 35 dirhams pour les sièges de la 2ème classe.

Autobus : La compagnie d’autobus CTM offre tout au long de la journée, des services de transport depuis le centre ville de Casablanca vers l’aéroport Mohammed V. Le trajet dure une heure en moyenne.

Taxi : La station des taxis est située au niveau 0 du terminal des arrivées. Le prix du voyage vers le centre ville de Casablanca est de 250 dirhams et dure 45 minutes.
