To rent a car, you must present the following documents: • Valid driver's license • Valid identification: Passport or National Identity Card
It is possible to reserve a vehicle and pay in cash at the agency/airport, but an online deposit is often required to confirm your reservation. This generally depends on the availability of the model and demand, which varies by season.
You can pick up the vehicle at our agency in town, but we can also deliver it to you upon arrival at the airport or your hotel free of charge between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Outside these hours, there is a €15 surcharge.
All our passenger and commercial vehicles can be driven with a category B driving licence. The licence must be valid and legible.
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle you have rented from ABID CARS. They are covered by our insurance. Additional drivers must present their driver's license when picking up the vehicle.
The following payment methods are accepted at ABID CARS: • Cash • Credit card.
If you wish to reserve a car, simply fill out the reservation form on our website and we will confirm your request as soon as possible.
If you wish to extend your rental, simply visit one of the ABID CARS agencies 24 hours before the end of the rental to renew the rental contract and pay for the additional days.
In the event of an accident, you must complete an accident report form and submit it within 24 hours to the rental agency where you picked up the vehicle. You should then call ABID CARS Assistance at +212 6 61 57 42 66 to inform them and receive guidance on the necessary procedures.
Free cancellation up to 3 hours before pickup
Depending on the vehicle, between €300 and a maximum of €1200.
The security deposit is simply held for the duration of the rental and is returned to you in full at the end, free of charge, provided no damage is found. You also have the option of paying the security deposit in cash, in the currency of your choice. It will be returned to you in the same currency. Debit cards are not accepted for security deposits.
